Here at Hemming Birds we offer a bespoke online seamstress and online alteration service across the United Kingdom. Whatever garment you are looking to have altered and wherever you are in the UK, we can help.

Our online seamstress service specialises in ladies alterations, men's alterations and school uniform alterations as well as altering your curtains and providing clothing repair services. Just place your order and pay online, pop your items in the post and leave the rest to us.

Please do note that, unfortunately, we do not offer our online service for bridal alterations. However, if you are in the Plymouth area please do get in touch as we are still happy to help locally.

Choose your alterations from the categories below and add the appropriate service(s) to your cart. Choose as many as you like. Pin your garment(s) using our handy measuring guide.
Two
Pay at Checkout, send your item(s) and printed order confirmation to us via recorded delivery along with any instructions. Our address is: Hemming Birds Online Alterations, Unit 12 Match Mill Business Park, Newnham Road, Plympton, Plymouth, PL7 4AW.

Alternatively, if you don't have a printer, send us your confirmation via email, but do remember to include a note with your name and order number so that we can match the two up when they arrive.

Sit back and relax whilst our seamstresses work our magic on your clothes. We will send you confirmation of postage once your items are on their way back to you by recorded delivery!
